Individual Counselling

I believe that therapy is your safe space to unravel the questions of your inner self – From where did I inherit that I’m not good enough? In what ways could my suppressed grief be showing up? From where did I learn that my self-worth is based on conditions? Have my childhood experiences played any role in developing self-limiting beliefs about myself? What information are my emotions leading me towards?

We explore these questions in a very slow and paced manner, peeling off each skin with utmost care and compassion. On the road to self-discovery, you will find yourself joining the dots and re-learning a lot about YOU.

I work with concerns related to stress and anger management, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and abuse, childhood adverse experiences, interpersonal difficulties, relationship concerns, work-life balance, parenting issues, infidelity, life stress, grief, etc.

"The experience was really nice. it provided me with a sense of clarity related to my choice of career. yes, all of my doubts/questions were addressed. I found the case examples and conceptualization part extremely helpful. It helped me understand how a specific approach can be practically brought into a therapy session all the while keeping in my other approaches and theories to back the same."
